The present Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 14.06.2024 (Annexure P-7), passed by learned Collector (Panchayat Land)/DDPO, Patiala.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail their other remedies in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
