**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Prayer made in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing of notice dated 27th April, 2018 (Annexure P-1) as well as the possession notice dated 03rd August, 2018 (Annexure P-3), whereby, an amount of ` 2,71,004/- has been demanded from the petitioner, although, the petitioner has paid the entire 132 installments. A further prayer has been made for issuing the direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation submitted by the petitioner on 23.07.2018 (Annexure P-2), before taking physical possession of the only dwelling house of the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law. 3.
