(Oral) The present petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing notice for provisional attachment dated 07.01.2020 (P-8) issued by respondent No. 1 On 29.08.2022, learned counsel for the respondents has infomed the Court that now a fresh provisional attachment order dated 18.07.2022 has been passed and copy of order was supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above factual position, nothing survives in the present petition, as the petitioner has fresh cause of action now to challenge the above order.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition stands disposed of, as no further directions are required to be passed and the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the above said order, if so advised.
