The Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with a prayer to issue appropriate directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to conduct fair investigaion in the complaint submitted by the present petitioners. 2.

A status report by way of an affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana has been filed on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 5 and the same is taken on record. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the complaint submitted by the petitioners has been examined and the case has been found of civil nature. The complaint submitted by the petitioners has been consigned to the record room.

In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further directions are required and the present petition is accordingly disposed off.
