Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently the relevant Annexures could not be filed along with the writ petition. Learned counsel prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing comprehensive particulars and complete documents.
