RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the impugned order dated 09.03.2023, passed by Deputy Collector, District Mahendergarh at Narnaul. Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.
