*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to produce the original result along with his original OMR sheet to ascertain the fact qua his result as he had secured 69 marks against cut off of 68.5 marks in the general category. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that qua his aforesaid grievance, petitioner submitted an e-mail dated 25.09.2021 but to no avail. Hence, the instant petition.

On advance service, learned counsel for the respondent-HPSC appears and accepts notice and submits that competent authority shall pass appropriate order qua the grievance of the petitioner within a period of two weeks by treating the instant petition as his representation. 4.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees that let a final decision be taken, by the competent authority by treating the instant petition as his representation.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioner by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as representation and take a decision, in accordance with law.

Let the needful be done within a period of three weeks from today.
