RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Present writ petition is directed against the impugned transfer order dated 24.12.2014 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent no.2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he does not intend to press this petition for a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for the time being. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied, if respondent no.2 is directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide his representation dated 30.12.2014 (Annexure P-4), which is pending decision. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Director General, Health Services, Haryana, Sector 6, Panchkula-respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, which prima facie seems to be genuine, as raised vide GREESH SAHNI 2015.01.12 10:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
