(Oral) The aforesaid writ petitions shall stand decided by this common order. However, for convenience the facts have been taken from CWP2861-2015. Affidavit of Pardeep Kumar, Director Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula dated 3.3.2020 has been filed in Court today stating therein that the petitioners have already deposited CPF alongwith interest in the pension Head account of Government and therefore, the pension case of the petitioners has already been received.
