(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.315 dated 17.06.2022 registered under Sections 18, 23, 29, 3(3), 3-A, 4 of the Pre-Natal Diagnostice Techniques (Regulation and Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 and Sections 120-B, 420 IPC at Police Station Industrial Area Sector 29 District Panipat.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police in compliance of previous order of interim bail passed by this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-37702-2022 State counsel on instructions from SI Ranbir Singh has not disputed the aforesaid assertions made by counsel for the petitioner and further submits that the petitioner is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In the light of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 25.8.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
