The prayer made in the present petition is for directing the respondents to re-fix the pay of the petitioners by granting the benefit of Modified Pay Structure in terms of order dated 02.01.2019, Annexure P-1, w.e.f. the actual date of annual increment as depicted in column 5 in para 4 of the writ petition, with regard to which a legal notice dated 10.06.2024, Annexure P-4, has been served upon respondent Nos.1 and 2, which has yet not evoked any response. Learned counsel, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, a direction is given to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to decide the same in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.
