Master working as Guest Faculty at the State Level and the Rule of First Come Last Go be adopted while relieving S.S. Master-English Teacher (Guest Teacher) on joining the regular teacher at their place.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners Since the appointment of the petitioners were made at the District level, learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time wishes to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars by making representation again at the District Level Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
