Petitioners have prayed for a direction that inquiry be conducted for misuse of funds of Gram Panchayat, village Mauran. Learned counsel submits that she has received instructions that an inquiry has already been instituted into the matter and same is pending before BDPO of the area. In view of statement made by learned counsel, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Disposed of. In case any inquiry has been initiated, authority shall ensure that same is conducted expeditiously.
