(Oral) Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court does not find any ground for waiving off the condition for deposit of 20% of the cheque amount as imposed by the Appellate Court. However, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the period afforded to the petitioner to deposit aforesaid 20% of the cheque amount is extended upto 10.8.2024. In case, the said amount is not deposited by 10.8.2024, the Appellate Court/Trial Court shall take necessary steps as warranted under law.
