**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is aggrieved that a deduction of ` 49109/- has been made by the respondentState against 50% back wages that were due and payable. This deduction has been made by the State on account of extra amount paid to the petitioner from 07.08.1996 to 05.02.1999. Against this deduction, the petitioner has already made a representation to the department which is pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner herein is seeking a limited prayer that his representation be decided as expeditiously as possible. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of the limited prayer made, without going into the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation within a period of two weeks along with the certified copy of Satyawan 2017.02.09 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
