The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 27.03.2026 (Annexure P15) passed by respondent No.2 whereby the statutory appeal filed by petitioner against order of punishment dated 23.08.2023 (Annexure P-10) has been rejected. Further praying for quashing the punishment order dated 23.08.2023 (Annexure P-10) whereby recovery of Rs.2,09,402.22 stands imposed by respondent No.1 and to stay the operation of same during pendency of present writ petition.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present writ petition and seeks permission to withdraw the same, with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars by placing on record true typed copies of the annexures in the prescribed format, spacing, and font.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty. 4.
