(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No.354 dated 28.07.2021, registered under Sections 34, 384, 387, 427 and 506 IPC, at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad, Haryana.

Vide order dated 07.10.2021 passed by this Court, the petitioners have been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioners have joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Darshan Kumar, submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and are now not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 07.10.2021 AMAN JAIN 2021.12.10 16:47 I attest to the accuracy of this order
