The present appeal is filed against judgment and decree dated 21.01.2025 passed by Additional District Judge, Bhiwani, whereby, appeal filed by the respondent was allowed.

Learned counsel for the appellants contends that decree has been satisfied on 31.01.2026, therefore, she does not press the present appeal.

In view of the above, nothing remains in the present regular second appeal and the same is hereby dismissed as not pressed. 6.
