**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner was married to respondent No.4 about 3-4 years ago. Owing to the conduct of respondent No.4, she started living in her parental home. Parents of the petitioner started pressurising her to join the matrimonial house with respondent No.4. Her father used to give beatings to her for forcing her to live in the matrimonial house. She left the parental house as well and started living independently. Now, she feels reasonable apprehension of danger to her life at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. Petitioner has already moved a representation before the Superintendent of Police, Fatehabad AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.10.07 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRWP No.9563 of 2021 and Station House Officer, City Fatehabad on 30.09.2021, in the context of providing protection to her life, liberty and property. No action has been taken by the Police, so far. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2021 in accordance with law without being influenced by any statement of fact made hereinabove within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
