(ORAL) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to official respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 8.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing for private respondents No. 4 to 8 submits that both the petitioners are already married and have now, solemnized their second marriage without dissolving their previous marriage.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for private respondents No. 4 to 8, no case is made out for issuing any direction to the official respondents qua threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioners.
