RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J.(Oral) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court, by way of present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has already filed statutory appeal, vide Annexure P-2 against the order dated 08.08.2016 (Annexure P-1). He submits that although, the appeal was filed in the second week of September, 2016 before respondent No.1, yet no hearing including any preliminary hearing has taken place so far. He further submits that petitioner will be satisfied in case, respondent No.1 is directed to consider and decide the statutory appeal of the petitioner within a reasonable time.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Seema Sharma 2016.12.23 15:45 I attest the accuracy and authencity of the document

without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, present writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the Appellate Authority-Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana-respondent No.1, to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 114 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984 along with stay application (Annexure P-2) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, however, strictly in accordance with law. Respondent No.1 shall make an endeavour to decide the appeal within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, instant writ petition stands disposed of.
