**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner sought a writ of quo warranto from this court seeking removal of all Chairmen/Vice Chairmen of Market Committees in the State of Haryana, having been appointed in violation of the provisions of the Statute.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that notification appointing private respondents as Chairmen/Vice Chairman of the Market Committees, has been withdrawn. All of them have been removed. In view of the above, no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby disposed of as infructuous.
