***** JASPAL SINGH, J Through instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents No. 2 and 3 to grant family pension to him from July, 2013 and further directing the respondents to accept/entertain legal notice dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P-1). 2.
At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide legal notice dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P-1), within a stipulated period. 3.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2- Director, Higher Education, Shiksha Sadan, 1-B, Sector 5 Panchkula, Haryana to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioner in legal notice dated 10.10.2017 (Annexure P-1) and to take a conscious decision, in accordance with law, within Sonika 2018.02.02 10:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
