Present petition has been filed seeking issuance of direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members from the hands of private respondent No.4 and its employees, as they are threatening the petitioners and their family members of dire consequences. Further prayer has been made that the petitioners be permitted to carry out the boundary line of their property peacefully in accordance to the decision of this Court. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioners have filed a representation dated 21.05.2026 (Annexure P-10) before the Commissioner of Police, Rohtak, but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. He has further submitted that petitioners would be satisfied if representation dated 21.05.2026 (Annexure P-10) is decided in a time bound manner. 3.
