The petitioners have approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, inter alia seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to decide the appeal Annexure P-5 (wrongly mentioned as Annexure P-6) filed by the petitioners against the order dated 09.06.2010 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No. 3.

After arguing for some time, when the Bench was not agreeing with the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to pursue their remedies before the Appellate Authority, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
