RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0051, dated 25.03.2017, under Sections 307, 364, 353, 427, 186, 148, 149 IPC and Section 52-A of Prisoners Act, registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
