The petitioners have moved this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking necessary directions to respondents No.4 & 5 not to harass them under the political influence.

At this stage, Mr. Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 5. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already given representation dated 2.11.2020 (Annexure P-5) GAURAV SOROT 2020.11.12 19:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

( 2 ) CRM-M-37376-2020 to respondents No.2 & 3 for redressal of their grievance, however, no action has been taken by the police in this regard. He will be satisfied, if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to look into the matter and to decide the representation (Annexure P-5).

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide representation (Annexure P-5) of the petitioners as per law, within a period of next 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
