(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, dated 13.08.2015 bearing Registration No.4239 of 2015 titled as 'M/s N.S.Concretes Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Supreme Infrastructure India Limited and others; order dated 01.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) passed by the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Gurgaon, in the said complaint case, whereby the petitioners are declared as proclaimed persons; and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom including FIR No.1229 dated 21.12.2018 registered under Section 174-A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, at Police Station Shivaji Nagar, Gurugram on the basis of compromise/settlement deed dated 24.04.2023 arrived at between the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition(s) in accordance with law.
