JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) This Court had adjourned the matter sine die on 27.01.2014 as the order of this Court dated 12.03.2013 calling upon the petitioner to place on record the documents to establish the title had not been complied with. It is a case where the eviction proceedings had been initiated and there was no interim stay by this Court. By this time, the order passed by this Court must have been implemented. I am of the view that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter.

At this stage, Mr. Sanjiv Gupta, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that his clients have not approached him for the purpose of the compliance of the order.

No ground for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
