Learned counsel for the State-respondent No.1 has filed a status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Sandeep Wadehra (PPS), Assistant Commissioner of Police, Industrial Area-B, Ludhiana, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana wherein it has been stated that cancellation report submitted was accepted by the Trial Court on 20.05.2023 and both the petitioners have been discharged. In view thereof, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
