(ORAL) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition, however, it may be clarified that this is only for the limited purpose of mutation and ultimate rights shall be determined in appropriate proceedings because mutation is a summary proceeding. Mutation does not confer any title and is only for the purpose of updating the revenue record. Dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid clarification.
