The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.628 dated 18.06.2022, registered under Section 22 NDPS Act (Sections 22 (c) and 39 NDPS Act added later on) at Police Station Barwala, District Hisar. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody for only 1 year and 1 month.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage.
