Mr. Boparai submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, he shall submit a composite representation to the concerned authority within ten days from today.

Mr. Chatrath, learned counsel representing respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that in case such a representation is received, it shall be considered in its entirety as per law and a decision shall be taken thereon at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

In view of the above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
