Mohinder Kumar v. State Of Punjab & ORS
In the High Court of Punjab and Haryana, at Chandigarh Civil Writ Petition No. 2947 of 2015 Date of Decision: 20.2.2015 Mohinder Kumar ... Petitioner(s)
Versus
State of Punjab and Others ... Respondent(s) CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajan Gupta.
Present: Mr.S.K.Rattan, Advocate for the petitioner(s).
Rajan Gupta, J.
Petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondents to count his service rendered in a privately managed aided school for the purpose of pensionary benefits. He has served legal notice (Annexure P4) for the said purpose.
After hearing counsel for the petitioner, I am of the considered view that this petition needs to be disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondents to consider claim of the petitioner as contained in the legal notice (Annexure P4) by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Petition is disposed of in above terms.
