Mr. Boparai submits that for the grievance raised in the petition, he has filed representation, Annexure P-7. He submits that he shall be satisfied, if the representation is considered in its entirety and a decision is taken by the concerned authority.

Mr. Chatrath, learned counsel representing respondents No. 2 and 3 submits that representation, Annexure P-7, shall be considered as per law and a decision shall be taken thereon at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. In view of the above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
