***** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for the quashing of the case registered vide FIR No.138 dated 17.03.2021 under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 506 and 34 IPC registered with Police Station Gharaunda, District Karnal and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

On 06.10.2021, notice of motion was issued where reference was made to the preparation of the cancellation report which was yet to be approved by the higher authority.

Today, the learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Manjeet Singh, informs the Court that the said cancellation report has since been submitted before the Court below.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition for quashing of the FIR, in question. Disposed of.
