**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.228 dated 28.04.2022, registered under Sections 148, 149, 186, 332, 353, 324, 224, 225, 342, 506 and 379-B IPC and Section 3 of the Prevention of damage to Public Property Act, at Police Station Sadar Nuh, District Nuh.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the learned trial Court and his regular bail application be ordered to be decided by the trial Court within a stipulated period.
Learned State counsel has no objection to the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with AMAN JAIN 2022.08.25 18:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
