Short reply by way of affidavit of Amarpreet Kaur Sandhu, SDM Hoshiarpur has been filed in court. Same is taken on record. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that representation, Annexure P-7 submitted by the petitioner shall be looked into and appropriate decision taken thereon. The revenue record sought by the petitioner shall be furnished to the petitioner, if permissible under the law. In view of above, petition is hereby disposed of. Needful shall be done within four months.

Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek appropriate remedy in case any cause of action survives.
