There is simply no scope for redress through the writ petition when the petitioner has resorted to an action before the Special Court constituted under Section 153 of the Electricity Act, 2003 and has taken also an order for reconnection of electricity on payment of certain amount. The petitioner himself states that he has moved an application against the disobedience of the order passed by the Special Court and the said application is still pending. He may prosecute the same for appropriate redressal.

The writ petition is dismissed.
