*** RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J. (Oral) This petition is directed against the order dated 20.08.2018 (Annexure P-14) passed by respondent No. 2-District Registrar of Firms and Societies, Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also prayed orally for staying the operation of the aforesaid impugned order. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record with his able assistance.

Since, the impugned order has been passed by respondent No. 2District Registrar of Firms and Societies, Karnal, therefore, the said order is appealable under Section 79 of the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. Faced with these observations, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file an appeal to the State Registrar in accordance with law. Dismissed as withdrawn.
