In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of prohibition restraining the respondent-authorities not to grant permission to respondent No.5 or to any other inhabitant of Patiala city to organize any 'Jup-tup Samagam and Mahan Kirtan Darbar' or any other public function in Master Tara Singh Park, Anardana Chowk, Patiala. 2.
