RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.255, dated 01.09.2021, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Rajaund, District Kaithal, alongwith all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
