Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant unrevised pay scale of Rs.5000-8100 to the petitoiner, who is non-graduate and was appointed as Ahlmed-cum-Clerk in the office of the District & Sessions Judge, Faridabad on 18.08.1998 and now working as Assistant with respondent No.3-District & Sessions Court, Sonepat. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that as per order passed by this Court on 26.04.2012 (Annexure P5), case of similarly placed candidates was considered, but petitioner has not been granted the same relief. For that purpose, petitioner made a representation (Annexure P8) on 24.04.2015 and on the basis thereof, notice was issued by the Pay Anomalies Commission and the matter was taken up in its meeting held on 27.11.2015, but by now, no action has been taken.
