**** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Affidavit of Sh. Parvesh Kumar, Joint Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana, on behalf of respondents No.1, 2 and 3, has been filed by the learned State counsel in Court today, is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. It has been stated in the affidavit that in view of the decision of the State Government to withdraw the entire acquisition, the claim of the petitioners in the writ petition does not survive.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order of withdrawal of acquisition proceedings by the respondents.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies available to them in accordance with law.
