RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to award the compensation to the tune of Rs.50 lacs on account of death of Hardev Singh due to the accident caused by a stray cow. Despite repeated opportunities given to the petitioners, none has appeared on their behalf.

However, learned counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that the present case is covered by the ratio of judgment rendered by this Court in CWP-22904-2016 (RAJWINDER KAUR AND ANR. VERSUS STATE OF HARYANA AND ORS.) and other connected cases, hence the same be disposed of as such.

In view of the above statement made by counsel for respondent No.2, the present petition is disposed of in the same terms as contained in CWP-22904-2016 (supra). The present petitioners are directed to approach MEENU 2024.03.06 15:25 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
