***** JASPAL SINGH, J By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to release family pension as well as pensionary benefits and all consequential benefits (full pension, gratuity, commutation of pension, leave encashment etc.) with interest and the arrears of payments. And further directing the respondents to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 05/16.09.2017 (Annexure P-8) or legal notice dated 14.12.2017 (Annexure P-9).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide legal notice dated 14.12.2017 (Annexure P-9), within a stipulated period. 3.

However, if the petitioner still feels aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, she shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
