Petitioner has prayed for agriculture parole for six weeks. According to him, his plea for release on parole has not been decided till now. According to him, petitioner is entitled for parole in view of judgment rendered by this court in CWP no. 18495 of 2018 titled as Anil Solanki vs. State of Haryana & ors. decided on 10.09.2018. In view of above, petition is disposed of with the direction that the competent authority shall decide the representation Annexure P/1 of the petitioner after considering the aforesaid judgment.
