Since the petitioner has been declared "Proclaimed Person/Offender" in private complaint(s) instituted under Section 138 of DEVINDER YADAV 2024.11.18 17:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment Chandigarh

CRM-M-36562-2024 (O&M) and connected cases the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, therefore, this Court posed a specific query to petitioner's counsel, as to when does the petitioner wants to surrender before the learned trial Court in pursuance to the summoning/proclamation order(s) concerned, to which the latter responded that the petitioner is already in custody in case(s) instituted by the Directorate of Enforcement, therefore, he cannot purvey any information regarding surrender of the petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, the instant petitions are dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to re-access this Court, as and when he surrenders before the learned trial Court concerned in pursuance to the summoning/proclamation order(s) concerned. 3.

Pending application(s) stand disposed of accordingly. 4.

A photocopy of this order be placed on file of each connected case.
