The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for issuance of caste certificate has not been considered after an appropriate enquiry from the local authority by respondent No.3. The respondent No.3 is bound to entertain his claim and examine the matter if he is authorized to do so. The respondent No.3 is directed to examine the matter and issue the caste certificate or reject it in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
