Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 3 to transfer the investigation of case FIR No. 328 dated 23.04.2019, registered under Sections 7, 13, 49 & 88 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 at Police Station Nuh, District Nuh, to respondent No.2-Central Bureau of Investigation or any other independent agency.

As per plea available on the file, petitioner has already made representation 14.06.2019 (Annexure P5) to respondent No.3-Superintendent of Police, Nuh in this regard and as per petition, the same has not been disposed of by now.

The matter in controversy involved in the petition is to that extent only.
